The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) and (2) of the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2019.

Provision coming into force on 4th July 2019

2.Section 8(2) (content of development plan documents) of the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017 comes into force on 4th July 2019.
