The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 182(4) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 20) Order 2019.

Commencement of section 18 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009

2.Section 18 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009( 2 ) (notification by medical practitioner to senior coroner) comes into force on the day after the date on which this Order is made.
