The Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 33) Order 2019

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(3) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 33) Order 2019.

Appointed day

2. The appointed day for the coming into force of section 36 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012 in so far as they are not already in force, is the day after this Order is made.
