The Companies House Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2019

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973( 1 ), with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order.
Citation and commencement
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies House Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2019.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2020.
Revocation
2. The instruments specified in the Schedule are revoked to the extent shown in that Schedule.
