The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(1) and (3) of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Cross-border Trade (Public Notices) (EU Exit) (Revocation) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 25th October 2019.

Revocation

2. The Cross-border Trade (Public Notices) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019( 2 ) are revoked.
