The Secretary of State makes these Regulations, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973( 1 ).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health etc. (Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 1st March 2019.

2. For Schedule 2 to the Plant Health etc. (Fees) (England) Regulations 2018( 2 ) substitute—
