The Tenant Fees Act 2019 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2019

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the Tenant Fees Act 2019( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tenant Fees Act 2019 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2019.

Provision coming into force on 14th February 2019

2. Section 22 of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 (client money protection schemes: approval and designation) comes into force on 14th February 2019.
