The Tenant Fees Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2019

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the Tenant Fees Act 2019( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tenant Fees Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2019.

Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2019

2. The following provisions come into force on 1st April 2019—

(a) section 21(1) and (3);

(b) section 23.
