The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of paragraph 4(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Charities Act 2011( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2019 and shall come into force on 14th March 2019.

2. The Royal Agricultural University is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 2011.
