The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (Amendment) Order 2019

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5(5)(a) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014( 1 ), makes the following Order.

A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 182(2) of that Act.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into force on the twenty-first day after the day on which it is made.

2. —(1)The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 5 (applications for injunctions) after subsection (1)(e) insert-

(ea) Transport for Greater Manchester, .
