The Greater London Authority (Consolidated Council Tax Requirement Procedure) Regulations 2020

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 10 of Schedule 6 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ).

Citation, commencement and application

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Greater London Authority (Consolidated Council Tax Requirement Procedure) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 30th November 2020.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2021 only.

Modification of the Greater London Authority Act 1999

2. In paragraph 3(4) (draft consolidated budget) of Schedule 6 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999, for “1st February” substitute “15th February”.
