Citation and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Common Organisation of the Markets in Agricultural Products (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force—

(a) as regards Part 2, on IP completion day;

(b) otherwise, immediately before IP completion day.
