The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8C(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into force at 10.59 p.m. on 31st December 2020.

Amendment of the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

2. In the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020( 2 ), in regulation 7(9), in the text of paragraph (28B) to be inserted in regulation 4 of the Export Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019( 3 ), after the text of article 42N(2)(a) contained in that paragraph, for β€œand”, substitute β€œor”.
