The Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2020

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2020.

Provisions coming into force on IP completion day

2. The following provisions of the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018 come into force on IP completion day—

(a) section 1(1); and

(b) paragraphs 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 12 of the Schedule and section 1(5) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs.
