The Agriculture Act 2020 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2020

^M1 The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 57(2) of the Agriculture Act 2020 , makes the following Regulations.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agriculture Act 2020 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2020.

Commencement of the Agriculture Act 2020

2. The following provisions of the Agriculture Act 2020 come into force on 1st January 2021—

(a) section 20 (declaration relating to exceptional market conditions), and

(b) section 21 (exceptional market conditions: powers available to Secretary of State).
