The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 53A(2) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Homes and Communities Agency (Transfer of Property etc.) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 7th February 2020.

Specified Public Bodies

2. The public bodies listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are specified under section 53A(2) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
