Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 62(2B) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Electronic Monitoring (Responsible Persons) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Amendment to the Electronic Monitoring (Responsible Persons) Order 2018

2. β€”(1)Article 3(a) of the Electronic Monitoring (Responsible Persons) Order 2018( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) After sub-paragraph (iii) insertβ€”

β€œ (iv) Attenti EM UK Ltd, 4th Floor 45, Monmouth Street, London, WC2H 9DG (Company Number 10867315). ” .
