Citation and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies and Statutory Auditors etc. (Consequential Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force immediately before IP completion day, except for this Part and Part 8 which come into force immediately before regulation 6 of the Statutory Auditors, Third Country Auditors and International Accounting Standards (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 comes into force.
