The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(2) of the Mobile Homes Act 2013( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Mobile Homes Act 2013 (Commencement No. 2) (England) Order 2020.

Provision coming into force on 15th June 2020

2. Section 8 (requirement for manager of site to be fit and proper person) of the Mobile Homes Act 2013 comes into force on 15th June 2020.
