The Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2020

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 118(6) of the Digital Economy Act 2017( 1 )

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2020.

Commencement of section 114 of the Digital Economy Act 2017

2.Section 114 (qualifications relating to information technology: payment of tuition fees) of the Digital Economy Act 2017 comes into force on 1st August 2020.
