The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020( 1 ), make the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 Commencement (No. 1) Order 2020.

Commencement on 1st September 2020

2. The Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 so far as not already in force, except for sections 1(4) and (5) and 8, comes into force on 1st September 2020.
