Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 55(2)(f) and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) (No. 3) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before 1st September 2020.

Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020

2. β€”(1)The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 13, in the inserted Schedule 2, Part B, in Class F.2 (Local community), in paragraph (a)(i) for β€œ280 metres square” substitute β€œ280 square metres”.
