The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of paragraph 11(A) of Schedule 3 to the Charities Act 2011( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2021 and shall come into force on 11th November 2021.

2. TEDI-London is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 2011.
