The Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2021

Coming into force

1st January 2022

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred in article 219 of the Air Navigation Order 2016( 1 ) and with concurrence of the Commissioners of Revenue and Customs, makes the following Order.

Citation, commencement and extent

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January 2022.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Revocation

2.The Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2001( 2 ) and the Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2009( 3 ) are revoked.

Designation of Customs and Excise aerodromes

3. The following aerodromes are designated as places for the landing or departure of aircraft for the purposes of the enactments for the time being in force relating to customs and excise—
