The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(2) of the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021( 1 ):

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021.

Commencement

2. The Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021 comes into force on 30th June 2021 in so far as it is not already in force.
