The Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 1) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2021

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 118(6) and (7) of the Digital Economy Act 2017( 1 ):

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 1) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2021.

Provision coming into force on 30th June 2021

2.Section 31 (lending of e-books by public libraries) of the Digital Economy Act 2017 comes into force on 30th June 2021 in relation to Northern Ireland only.
