The United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2021

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(3) of the United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2021.

Provisions coming into force on 14th June 2021

2. Sections 41 to 43 of the United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020 come into force on 14th June 2021.
