The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by: the first paragraph of Article 37(2); and Articles 58(1)(a) and 59a(3)(a), of Regulation 1 ).
Citation, commencement and extent
1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the International Waste Shipments (Amendment of Regulation
(2) These Regulations come into force on 29th July 2021.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Amendment to Annex 7 to Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006
2. In table note (4) in Annex 7 to Regulation
