The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(1) and 2(a) of the Space Industry Act 2018( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation and commencement

1. β€”(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

(2) 28th July 2021 is the day appointed for the coming into force of these Regulations.

Amendment of the Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2021

2. β€”(1)The Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2021( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraphs 3(b), 4(b) and 7(b) of the Schedule, omit each occurrence of β€œor elsewhere”.

(3) In paragraph 107 of the Schedule, omit β€œand (3)”.

(4) In paragraph 117 of the Schedule, omit β€œ9,”.
