Her Majesty by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(1)(za) of Schedule 9 to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order:
Citation and Commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Chief Regulator of Qualifications and Examinations (No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into force on 22nd July 2021.
Extent and Application
2. —(1) This Order extends to England and Wales.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
Appointment of chief executive of the Office of Qualifications and Examinations
3. Jo Saxton is appointed as the chief executive of the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation and is to be known as the Chief Regulator of Qualifications and Examinations, from 18th September 2021.
