The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 11A(1) of Schedule 2 to the Trade in Animals and Related Products Regulations 2011( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.
Citation, commencement and application
1. These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Meat Preparations (Amendment and Transitory Modification) (England) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021;
(b) come into force on 29th September 2021; and
(c) apply in relation to England only.
Amendment to the Meat Preparations (Amendment and Transitory Modification) (England) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
2. —(1) The Meat Preparations (Amendment and Transitory Modification) (England) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020( 2 ) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(1), for “30th September 2021” substitute “31st December 2021”.
