By the Lords of His Majesty’s most Honourable Privy Council

Their Lordships, with the agreement of the Department of Health in Northern Ireland( 1 ), make the following Order of Council in exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the Pharmacy (Preparation and Dispensing Errors – Hospital and Other Pharmacy Services) Order 2022( 2 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy (Preparation and Dispensing Errors – Hospital and Other Pharmacy Services) Order 2022 (Commencement) Order of Council 2022.

Appointed day

2. 1st December 2022 is the appointed day for the coming into force of Parts 2 and 3 of the Pharmacy (Preparation and Dispensing Errors – Hospital and Other Pharmacy Services) Order 2022.
