The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 1(5) of the Ministry of Defence Police Act 1987( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and extent

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ministry of Defence Police (Committee) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and shall come into force on 10th November 2022.

(2) Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.

Amendments to the Ministry of Defence Police (Committee) Regulations 2009

2. In regulation 3 (membership of the committee) of the Ministry of Defence Police (Committee) Regulations 2009( 2 ), omit paragraphs (b) to (e) and (g).
