The Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(4) and (5) of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation and interpretation

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.

(2) In these Regulations, “ the Act ” means the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 .

Provision coming into force

2. Section 5 of the Act (extension of single justice procedure to corporations) comes into force on the 21st day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
