The Professional Qualifications Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(4)(e) of the Professional Qualifications Act 2022( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Professional Qualifications Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.

Commencement

2. Subsections (4) and (5) of section 11 of the Professional Qualifications Act 2022 come into force on 31st December 2022.
