Citation and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Traffic Management ( Regulation (EU) No 716/2014

(2) These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.

Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 716/2014

2. The Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 716/2014 2 ) is amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 7.

3. In point 1.3, for “1 January 2024” substitute “31 December 2027” .

4. In point 2.3—

(a) in the indent beginning with “Departure Management Synchronised with Pre-departure sequencing”, for “1 January 2021” substitute “31 December 2025” ,

(b) in the indent beginning with “Departure Management integrating Surface Management Constraints”, for “1 January 2021” substitute “31 December 2029” ,
