Citation and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Traffic Management ( ) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 24th March 2022. Regulation (EU) No 716/2014

(2) These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.

Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 716/2014

2. The Annex to Commission Implementing of 27 June 2014 on the establishment of the Pilot Common Project supporting the implementation of the European Air Traffic Management Master Plan( Regulation (EU) No 716/2014 2 ) is amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 7.

3. In point 1.3, for “1 January 2024” substitute “31 December 2027” .

4. In point 2.3—

(a) in the indent beginning with “Departure Management Synchronised with Pre-departure sequencing”, for “1 January 2021” substitute “31 December 2025” ,

(b) in the indent beginning with “Departure Management integrating Surface Management Constraints”, for “1 January 2021” substitute “31 December 2029” ,
