The Treasury make this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000( 1 ).

In accordance with section 10(7) of that Act the Treasury have consulted the Welsh Ministers where they have thought it appropriate.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2022 and comes into force on 7th February 2022.

Designation

2. The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 2021 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
