The Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(1) of the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018( ), makes the following Regulations.
Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.
Extent
2. These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Provision coming into force on 27th May 2022
3.Section 11 (large fuel retailers etc: provision of public charging or refuelling points) of the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018 comes into force on 27th May 2022.
