The Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 170(5) of the Building Safety Act 2022( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.

Provisions coming into force on 1st September 2022

2. Sections 126 to 129 of the Building Safety Act 2022 (building industry schemes and prohibitions on development and building control) come into force on 1st September 2022.
