The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(6) and (8) of the Social Security (Additional Payments) Act 2023( 1 ).

Citation, commencement and extent

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
