The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 182 and 183(1) of the Health and Care Act 2022(1).

PART 1Introductory

Citation, commencement and extent I1

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Care Act 2022 (Further Consequential Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 6th November 2023.

(2) Any amendment or revocation made by the provisions in Parts 2 and 3 has the same extent as the provision amended or revoked.

PART 2Provisions relating to the National Health Service Commissioning Board being renamed NHS England

Amendment of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987I2

2.—(1)The Income Support (General) Regulations 1987(2) are amended as follows.

3.—(1)The National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995(3) are amended as follows.
