The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 16) Order 2023

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 103(3) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000( 1 ).

Citation and application

1. This Order may be cited as the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 16) Order 2023 and applies in relation to England only.

Commencement of provisions in the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000

2. Sections 53, 54, 55 and 56 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
