The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Amendment) Order 2023

The Secretary of State, considering it expedient in consequence of changes in the value of money, makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by article 36(1)(a) and (2)(d) of the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012( 1 ).
Citation, commencement and extent
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 12th December 2023.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
