The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020( 1 ), make the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2023.

Commencement

2. Section 8 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 (parochial registers) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
