The Offenders (Day of Release from Detention) Act 2023 (Commencement) Regulations 2023

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(3) of the Offenders (Day of Release from Detention) Act 2023( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Offenders (Day of Release from Detention) Act 2023 (Commencement) Regulations 2023.

Commencement of Act

2. The Offenders (Day of Release from Detention) Act 2023 comes into force on 12th December 2023.
