The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(1) and (5) to (7) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014( 1 ).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (Amendment) Order 2023.
Amendment of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2015
2. In article 7 (transitory provision: exercise of functions) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2015( 2 ), for “2023” substitute “2028” .
