The Social Security (Special Rules for End of Life) Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2023

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Social Security (Special Rules for End of Life) Act 2022( 1 ).

Citation and extent

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Special Rules for End of Life) Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2023.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

Provision coming into force on 3rd April 2023

2. Section 1 of the Social Security (Special Rules for End of Life) Act 2022 comes into force on 3rd April 2023.
