The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 67(1) of the Elections Act 2022( 1 ).

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Elections Act 2022 (Commencement No. 8) Regulations 2023.

Provision coming into force on 19th May 2023

2. Section 54 of the Elections Act 2022 (guidance on the operation of Part 6) comes into force on 19th May 2023.
