The Mobile Homes (Pitch Fees) (Prescribed Form) (England) Regulations 2023

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 25A(1) of Chapter 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Mobile Homes Act 1983( 1 ).

Citation, commencement, extent and application

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mobile Homes (Pitch Fees) (Prescribed Form) (England) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 2nd July 2023.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply in England.

Pitch fees: Prescribed form

2. The document referred to in paragraph 17(2A) and (6A) of Chapter 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Mobile Homes Act 1983( 2 ) must be in the form prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations or in a form substantially to the like effect.

Revocation of the Mobile Homes (Pitch Fees) (Prescribed Form) (England) Regulations 2013

3.The Mobile Homes (Pitch Fees) (Prescribed Form) (England) Regulations 2013( 3 ) are hereby revoked.
