The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(4) and (5) of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation, interpretation and extent

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2023.

(2) In these Regulations a reference to a section or Schedule by number alone means the section or Schedule so numbered in the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022.

(3) These Regulations have the same extent as the provisions commenced.

Provisions coming into force

2. Sections 19 to 30, 32 and 33 and Schedule 3 come into force on the 21st day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
